The temperature switch TC400 measures and displays temperature and has one or two switching outputs as well as an optional analogue output. The temperature set points, the reset points, the switching functions and the measuring range of the optional analogue output are simple to adjust via two buttons. All these features and the measuring range between –200 and +600°C cover the majority of temperature measuring and switching tasks.

The new temperature switch CF30 with integrated power relay is used if you need to charge more than 10A in reference on temperature. With this temperature switch it is not necessary anymore to wire up an additional relay. This benefit allows you to reduce costs and time during the installation and save place in your process. The case leads the temperature to the bimetal element. At the preset temperature level the bimetal element activates the power relay and the monitored circuit will be closed. After reaching the reset point the switching element recapture the starting position again.
Temperature switches are used in signalizing, monitoring and controlling of heating, and cooling circuits in machines, compressors and engines. With bimetal temperature switches the case/body transfers the temperature to the bimetal-element. Factory set switching points are available with the monitored circuit either normally opened or or normally closed. With adjustable bimetal temperature switches the switching point can be adjusted via an adjustment screw at the top of the switch.
